The aim of this study was to define the ways of solving problems in food security at the expense of domestic production. The gross output of agricultural, forestry and fishery products was applied as the main cost indicator. Using data from the surveyed areas, the yield level per hectare across the entire crop area was determined. Balance model was divided into resource and distributive parts and involved data obtained in state statistical observations and reports from administrative sources. Thus, in the article, there are proposed measures to balance the related development of agricultural production and a rise in effective demand. There are recommended measures on public regulation of Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC) that have a systemic nature and include the maximum possible use of indirect instruments, Calculations have shown that these measures will increase the share of domestic food, namely, the overall volume of salable resources of the internal market. There is a need to improve the mechanisms of financial leasing of agricultural machinery and industrial equipment for the processing industry and support agriculture to the extent permitted by WTO terms with a focus on restoring the equivalent relationship between agriculture, industry, and trade.

In this article, by investigating the nature of post national companies and their status in international political Economy it is attempted, to show that great evolution has been occurred in diplomacy and persons having role in it and by entering these companies into field of international relations two additional aspects have been added to diplomacy other than diplomacy of governments: company government & company- company diplomacy. Also we intend to prove that by entring of post national companies, it will not result to development in countries of world specially Developing countries. rather by investigating a kind of government which is called Developing based government that is particular to Developing countries. we will show that characteristics of this government and kind of its exchange with post national companies will result in bringing development in such countries.

Purpose: The future of the construction industry is increasingly influenced by new technologies. In order to adopt appropriate strategies in facing new technologies, it is necessary to know the possible futures of the construction industry. This research was done with the aim of explaining the technological uncertainties and compiling the future scenarios of the construction industry.  Method: The research method is applied and was carried out with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. First, the library study was used to determine the technological drivers, then the Structural Analysis was used to explain the technological uncertainties, and finally, the Schwartz method was used to compile the scenarios. The statistical population is experts of construction industry. Findings: Nine technological uncertainties affecting the future of the construction industry have been identified and for each of them, three states of decline, stagnation and progress have been considered. Data analysis by Scenario Wizard shows eight probable scenarios. The portfolio of scenarios including four groups of progress scenarios, towards progress, towards stagnation, and towards wane has been compiled. Conclusion: In the progress scenario, the 89% of uncertainties have developed. In  towards progress, 56% of the factors are in the development status, which indicates the development of the technological factor application. In the stagnation scenario, no progress has been made in the application of uncertainties and they are in a static state. In towards wane, uncertainties have been placed in a situation of reduced use.

Globalization is an undeniable issue with economic, political, and social aspects. In other words, globalization is the growth of the economic, political, social, and cultural relationships beyond national boundaries. It has drawn the attention of many economists and politicians in the last few decades. This study aims to investigate the effects of globalization on the economic growth in 74 Developing countries, grouped in upper middle income and lower middle income using combined data. The indicator used for globalization in this re-search is capital account restrictions, and the research models have been studied from 1970 to 2016. Based on this study results, the impact of whole globalization, economic globalization, social globalization, and political globalization indicators in Developing countries in two groups with higher and lower than average incomes are positive and significant. Hence, this study confirms the positive effects of globalization in all aspects of economic growth in Developing countries in two groups.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the extent and manner of the impact of political Economy factors on the de facto exchange rate regime in Developing countries and to extract implications for the political Economy of the Iranian exchange rate regime. In this study, using ordered logit and probit models, we examine the impact of trade, financial, and political Economy factors on the real exchange rate regime in middle-income Developing countries during the period 1996-2012. The results of the research show that in the sample, an increase in the size of the Economy increases the likelihood of choosing a floating exchange rate regime, and an increase in institutional quality, government strength, the power of interest groups, the level of democracy, and oil rents increases the likelihood of choosing a fixed exchange rate regime. Another conclusion is that the political Economy factors have different effects on the choice of exchange rate regime in Developing countries with upper-than-average incomes and Developing countries with lower-than-average incomes. As a result, given that in Developing countries the political Economy factors have a significant impact on the choice of exchange rate regime, and since the influence of political Economy factors on the choice of exchange rate regime leads to the adoption of a non-optimal currency system, policymakers in these countries need to reconsider how they choose the currency system. Also, according to the experimental results of this study, Developing countries with poor institutional quality such as Iran are not able to maintain a stable exchange rate regime.

Problem statement: In recent decades, the Iranian fashion industry, despite its historical background, has faced particular economic and social considerations that have faced many challenges. Accordingly, social institutions have sought to bring this art-industry into the field of creative industries through commercial, publicity and cultural activities and in turn have created a trend that will be reflected in the economic development of the Iran’ s cultural industries. Since exploring value changes in society is one of the key elements in the cultural system of any society, the main issue of the present research is to focus on cultural industries and accept the transformation in the value system of Iranian society to gain an understanding of the economic value of art-fashion industry and its dimensions and weaknesses, strengths and intensifiers. This has helped to organize the concept and position of the creative Economy in this area through oversea interactions and the cultural process. Research objectives: The present article seeks to achieve a value-based process in intervening contextual factors and explaining the selective strategies of Developing the cultural Economy of Iranian fashion industry and answering the fundamental questions. What role can the fashion industry play in realizing the prospect of a Iran’ s cultural Economy? How can the economic growth of art that is produced be shaped by changes in value systems? Research method: This research is qualitative, descriptive-analytical and data gathering is done through documentary sources and field findings were based on discourse analysis. Conclusion: The results suggest that combining art with creativity, knowledge management, up-to-date technology and business process reengineering will boost Iran’ s economic growth by inserting the moral Economy into the fashion industry.

This paper examines the effects of different variables on inflation in the monetary economics using endogenous growth models. So, different aspects of inflation formation were analyzed based on micro-foundations. We investigated the role of imported inflation, fiat money, expectations, monetary base and capital accumulation on inflation using an endogenous growth model. An ARDL approach was utilized to estimate the model for Iranian Economy during 1979 -2008. The estimation results show that imported inflation affects the inflation through the exchange rate channel. Also, expectations, capital return and monetary base play an outstanding role in Iranian Economy.
